Summary of changes:

  • Introduces a "Critical Guidelines" section to be consistent with the scheduled triage prompt.
  • Sharpens focus on most relevant labels
  • Specific guidance on ambiguity
  • Introduction of a chain-of-thought step to the instructions
  • Instructions for applying zero-labels, along with a concrete example.

Note: I'm still testing this. Will update with results.
