Add NO_COLOR compatibility.
Use /dev/stdout as default output stream. (fixes: 🚀 Middleware logger change stream #1642)
Fix coloring with custom formats. (fixes: 🤗 Strange behaviour of the logger when adding tag "method" TagMethod into formatting string #1609)
