No support for RENAME_NOREPLACE when using renameat2

Description of problem:

Any program that uses renameat2(..., RENAME_NOREPLACE); will fail with errno=EINVAL

Using FUSE mounts in my case, so may be different using other mount mechanisms. Glusterfs 10.2.
