array-api-strict is missing as a dependency #652

Describe the Bug
#622 introduced a method to handle RNG support for the Array API. This now means GLASS directly relies on array_api_strict so it must be added to the list of dependencies. It was added to the test dependencies, but would also need to be in examples and realistically it is a dependency of the whole package.
