windows 10 - python 3.11.0 - error installing psutil

While I am trying to install psutil on windows 10 with python 3.11.0, I getting the following error
Could you direct me to how to resolve it

If there are no special needs, you can install the old version first and wait for the update.
pip install psutil==5.9.3 works for me.
