When creating a split pane, the underlying content is briefly visible, which leads to an unpleasant flash. It would be better to immediate replace the current terminal with the new split, if possible. Screen.Recording.2025-01-09.at.15.24.22.mp4 |

Yes, it seems to be exactly this bug which I didn’t find beforehand: #4180. It is also referenced in #4516, so I’m marking my question as resolved. Thanks for getting back to quickly. |
