MacOS Permissions Ghostty not on list of applications

I installed Ghostty via Brew on my MacBook shortly after public release. I coded something in Go that uses the http.get function to make requests on my local network. Then I realized I could run this only with sudo in Ghostty but in Kitty it runs as expected without sudo.
When I checked permissions I saw that Ghostty is not on the list applications under system settings - privacy & security - local network.

As far as I remember it also never asked me for the permissions like with other applications when you run them for the first time.
Is there something I can do or this a bug? I don't really know much about how MacOS works under the hood in that regard.

TL;DR: this is standard Apple/macOS behavior for anything on "modern" versions. Your current Kitty setup works since Kitty is on the "allow list" per your screenshot. Do the same for Ghostty and it should work fine :)

There are some messages missing here, I don't know if they were deleted or the person answering deleted their profile.
But at the time when I wrote the first message Ghostty didn't ask for these permissions. In a later update this changed and now Ghostty works as expected.

I was the one who asked the doubt. I understood the problem was not with ghostty itself. I was inside a tmux session and when tried access after exiting tmux it worked. I am not sure if that's the expected behavior with any terminal emulator and tmux. The only place where I could find something similar to that is in this thread: #2998
