What OS do you have installed?
Do you have other desktop environments installed?
From the screenshot you can see that not all packages were installed. Perhaps studying the file RiseError.log will help you.

I would recommend running the installer again and monitoring the installation process. Perhaps this time the installation will be successful, and if not, then you will understand at what stage the error occurs.

yo your local is broken propably i had the same problem with arch linux you just need to fix it (you can ask chat gpt how)
