[Solid] Core Web Vitals aren't reported with Tanstack Router integration

Same issue as [https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/issues/18425](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/issues/18425) so we should apply the same fix as the one introduced in [https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/pull/18463](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/pull/18463)
