Read the changelog and I don't think this upgrade is going to break anything. CI seems to have failed, don't know about that

@justinmayer I seem to have permission to merge this PR myself. Do you want me to do that? Or do you want to handle merges yourself? Also do you prefer merge, squash or rebase commits? (My recommendation would be rebase, I find merge commits confusing.)

CI is broken but it looks unrelated.

Same question for #3496, #3452 and #3502.

Hey @seanh. Because CI was failing for unrelated reasons and needed some careful attention, I went ahead and merged the various PRs you referenced above.

Generally speaking, if the PR is related to the GitHub Pages workflow, feel free to merge at will. If there are multiple commits and any one of them is a fix-up or update-from-main commit, then I prefer squash merges. Otherwise I agree that rebases are best.

OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. If you'd rather skip all updates until the next major or minor version, let me know by commenting @dependabot ignore this major version or @dependabot ignore this minor version. You can also ignore all major, minor, or patch releases for a dependency by adding an ignore condition with the desired update_types to your config file.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.
