Panel view: don't wrap buttons with long page titles

Description

Long page titles in the Kirby Panel move the page buttons such as status, language etc. from the right side to be positioned underneath the title and also on the left side of the layout.

Expected behavior
I'd argue a more user friendly and consistent solution in these situations would be to keep the buttons on the left side.

An idea for a simple solution
If you'd set the class .k-header-title to use "flex: 1" then the buttons would stay on the right but the long titles would go on two rows.

This has been discussed before in #5438 & #6237. @distantnative said it might be fixed in v5. Is this still an issue or an unplanned development?

@afbora Those were rather about the fact that the appearing-disappearing form controls would make it jump between break and non-break. My comment was made when we thought we will always display the form buttons, which did not make it into the final release of v5. So that issue likely still can occur.

The general one brought up here is that form controls and other buttons should never wrap into a new line. While this might seem an easy good choice on larger screens, we will unavoidably run into the issue what to do with the buttons as screen sizes get smaller. They have to wrap at some point, no matte this long the title is.

But we can contemplate whether on larger screens we change this to not wrap for long titles.
