Increasing failures in snapshot second stage index production (solr / golr) #421
Description
There has been a recent spate of failures in golr index production.
This can, in some circumstances, quietly affect stats. (See geneontology/go-releases#136 (comment)).
I feel like I've seen this before, but my notes didn't turn up much. As we'll be migrating from this machine in the not-too-far future, I believe that bumping memory a little more for production runs may be enough.
