Docking two ligands at once

Hi,

Is it possible to dock two ligands at once with DiffDock? This is similar to the question asked in issue #252. I have tried docking one ligand after the other, but that resulted in the two ligands overlapping. I thought it was possible to do this using the protein/ligand csv, --protein_ligand_csv, but that seems to just dock ligands one after the other as well.
