Only works when installed globally

gatsby only works when installed globally.. tried both gatsby develop and ../node_modules/.bin/gatsby develop after installing the documentation starter kit in a new directory.

The first command works as expected, the second fails.

Failed to require /Users/tleunen/testgatsby/docs/html.jsx
../~/webpack-require/lib/webpackRequireEntrypoint.js
Module not found: Error: Cannot resolve module 'babel' in /Users/tleunen/testgatsby/node_modules/webpack-require/lib

Same thing happens with the build command, which is quite important to be able to easily integrate gatsby in a release flow :/

This is on my short-list to fix but feel free to jump in with a PR in the
