update roadmap on brc-analytics site

the current roadmap talks a lot about VEuPathDB, mentions db migration etc. and it also doesnt mention a lot of cool things we have in the works. id like to update it, based on recent internal discussions about our roadmap.

if no one objects, i think ill assign myself this task and put @nekrut @mvdbeek @dannon as reviewers once i have a pr so they have an opportunity to crucify me and/ or throw tomatoes etc depending on their degree of upset and disagreement w what i produce 😂
