Filter labels incorrect for taxonomic level

I think this would be a Findable issue -- looks like the problem is that the viewKind property for category configs is allowed to be omitted, but then it doesn't get defaulted to SELECT in the findCategoryConfig function

(Technically we might also be able to fix this on the BRC end by explicitly setting viewKind properties in the entity configs)
