Update "Assemblies" tab to have taxonomy hierarchy

1. Remove the taxonomic Group from the Organism filter group.
2. Add the Lineage filter group just like it is in the organisms list under the Organism filter Group.
3. Leave the assembly filter group as is on the bottom of the stack.
