A complete rewrite of the landing page is required to provide it with the relevant information

BRC Analytics pairs official genomic data provided by the NCBI Datasets and UCSC Genome Browser with unlimited analytical capacity of Galaxy Platform powered by the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC).

What is the plan?

We are starting with a small number of pathogen and host genomes to flesh out the full functionality of the system. We will then expand to all genomes that are available at the VEuPathDb system and beyond. Note that we can add any genome to the system as long it is officially released. You can submit your own requests for additional datasets at help@brc-analytics.org

You start on this page -> select an organism -> select a genome assembly -> choose from a variety of analyses, including variant discovery, transcriptomics, epigenetics, and many others. Once your analysis is complete you can download results or continue to downstream analyses in Galaxy.*
