Are there any thoughts on implementing http://stomp.github.io/stomp-specification-1.1.html#Heart-beating in stompjms?

Loadbalancer and firewall administrators would be grateful for this functionality :-)

Especially true for appserver integration (in frameworks like Camel it's easier to send dummy messages to keep the connections alive).

I can volunteer some hours towards this.

Hi - is it possible to get this PR merged?
I am trying to use feed that has a only a few messages an hour on it, and the connection gets closed regularly.
Heartbeat functionality would be very useful.
