Setup Guest speakers

Ill start looking into guest speakers (this weekend) of different languages/stacks. I believe we should also do an open reach-out to our members to see what they are currently working on (perhaps right after 59 days?).

Potentially, we could have 1 speaker come in each month and do a quick talk on something of their choice.

We have a speaker for November. After we get finalized, we can go ahead and announce on Social Media!
