Closes fortran-index/fortran-index#39

We had a Fortran index feedback session at the Back to the Fortran Future II event in September and attendees listed several improvements that could be made on the Fortran-lang webpage.

One suggestion was to remove the link to the Twitter/X account because it doesn't appear to have ever been used to post anything.

@fortranlang X account is active (although only I maintain it, I think, and subject to available time).

What I think the issue rather is that the widget no longer works. So we should at least leave the link somewhere, but the widget can be removed if not functional.

Ah yes, apologies, on closer inspection there are posts. This was something reported in our recent feedback session. When I checked it I saw "@fortranlang hasn’t posted. When they do, their posts will show up here." but maybe that's because I don't have an account myself. At the top it does say 495 posts.
