The DevTools Network tab consistently fails to capture and display HTTP requests. This is a critical issue for developers who rely on DevTools for debugging network requests.

This looks like a duplicate of #8380. Can you please run flutter upgrade to get the latest Flutter stable and see if you still see the issue? This should be fixed in Flutter versions 3.29.2 and greater.

The issue occurred in the stable version, but after deleting and reinstalling, the problem disappeared. Thanks.
