Add SSL/TLS settings feature for fluentd output Elasticsearch

My elasticsearch cluster endpoints using HTTPS with self-sign certificate. I try to use config "ssl_verify false" of fluentd but the crd doesn't support it.

Add SSL/TLS settings feature for fluentd output Elasticsearch.
