Support Fluent-Bit yaml configuration in helm chart #1465

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Current fluent-operator helm chart does not expose option to enable yaml configuration which would be great enhancement for our use case.
Describe the solution you'd like
Support fluent-bit yaml configuration by exposing configFileFormat: yaml setting in helm value file.
