Please publish debuginfo packages for OSS fluentbit builds

The OSS builds published at https://packages.fluentbit.io/ do not include corresponding debuginfo packages. This makes debugging crashes harder because the lack of debug symbols makes core files less useful and makes it harder to step through code to analyze a problem. Please build and publish the corresponding debuginfo packages.

@runderwo packages are build with debug symbols, are you reporting a specific issue or just a note based on what we list as available packages in the repo ?
