This repository contains an electronic Python notebook demonstrating the application of the Galapagos clustering workflow to single-cell RNA-Seq PBMC data.
The PBMC dataset analyzed (pbmc_v3_10k_expression.npz) is contained in this repository, in the "data" folder.
