Heroku section? #45
Description
Should we add a section for Heroku, or does that belong in its own gem (web_heroku?)?
- Create a Heroku app
- List Heroku remotes/apps
- Rename Heroku remotes/apps
- Deploy to Heroku remotes/apps (force push current branch onto a Heroku remote's
master)
