draft:resource variable naming

I know I've gone around and around in circles on this, but: the variable names in draft:resource seem a bit too conventional right now.

I propose:

• Show, Update, Destroy: @actor => @the_actor
• Create: actor => the_actor
• Index: @actors => @list_of_actors; block variable actor => an_actor
