numpy > 1.24 is not supported

In numpy version 1.24.0 various deprecated type aliases were removed, see numpy/numpy#22607

This needs to be reflected in https://github.com/finos/qPython/blob/main/qpython/qtype.py

This appears to affect np.bool and np.str. I would contribute a fix myself but it appears FINOS only accepts pull requests from those who have signed a license agreement with FINOS: https://github.com/finos/qPython/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md

Perhaps someone at FINOS could push a fix for this.

Is FinOS actually supporting this project? Genuine question since the restriction on who can submit pull requests makes us dependent on FinOS members and those who have signed an agreement with them to fix bugs like this and if no one is going to fix bugs or release new versions compatible with numpy's new versions then we should just fork it and maintain it ourselves.
