Google+ button markup needs data-href specified #30
Description
Code needs to be changed to
<div class="g-plusone" data-size="medium" data-annotation="none" data-href="' + url + '"></div>
since otherwise the button is prepopulated with the wrong URL when your site is using hashbangs (or anchors).
