Vertical Cursor Text Not Set On New Plot

The vertical cursor numbers display does not show up on a new plot until you move the cursor. This happens with any new plot (independent of the second vertical cursor). It's more noticeable with the second vertical cursor because you may not want to change the Delta between the two cursors.
