This PR adds the FocusList component, to handle keyboard directional keys to move focus around parts of an application. It is somewhat similar to
FocusTable, except withFocusListthe direction is only portrait or landscape. To define this, there is aportraitboolean prop. If theFocusListis set to useportraitthen theupanddownkeyboard keys will move the focus between the items of theFocusList.
