Summary: HTTP headers are case-insensitive, so we should treat them that way when they're being set on `XMLHttpRequest`. Closes facebook#1381 Github Author: Philipp von Weitershausen <[email protected]> Test Plan: Imported from GitHub, without a `Test Plan:` line.
