Changing layer.zPosition prevent touches on sticky header

I noticed that when using Touchable components within a view that is within a sticky header prevents touches while it is "sticking". I took a look and traced it somewhat to changing zPosition here https://github.com/facebook/react-native/blob/master/React/Views/RCTScrollView.m#L231

Ok sorry, might not have anything to do with zPosition, still digging.

This is inherent behavior of UIKit :/
