F3D is a collaborative project, let's collaboratively construct the roadmap for 3.3.0 release!

3.4.0 is a minor release, so breaking change are not allowed

1. F3DWeb finalization

F3DWeb, the wasm version of F3D is quite popular despite being an experimental software. Let's industrialize it!

• Improvements to the WASM App #1463
• F3DWeb has some "aliasing" without SSAO #1555

• Clean up the javascript package #2308
• Some features are not working with F3D web #2307

2. Experiment with a mobile version

F3D has an android build for a while, but not phone application has been released yet, lets make it happen

• Let F3D take as input a model via streaming rather than filename #1100

3. Misc

• Add C bindings for the libf3d #1307
• Add model/material/hierarchy and information #18
• Add HDRI information on the top left similar to the file information #2347
