Works over SSH?

Hey, I wonder if this plugin is meant to work over SSH. E.g. if I connect from my macos to a linux machine via SSH, then start nvim there, can this possibly work?

I think there would be a way of making this work through using sockets, instead of querying on the host system.
I'm not sure how the host system would pick up new SSH connections, and then figure out which socket to send stuff to automatically, but a slightly more manual approach (e.g. using ssh target-node -L local_socket:remote_socket) should work.

Not sure I'll prioritize this, but I'll add it to the list.
