getting-started.json configs on mainnet

Issue Description

I have a question about the values in getting-started.json config file on mainnet what values should I use for eip1559Denominator, eip1559Elasticity, and batchInboxAddress
I'll be glad for more suggestions for op stack chain mainnet deployment
also, I already changed these values l1ChainID and l2ChainID and the addresses of the batcher sequencer proposer and the admin also the block hash and the timestamp should be updated when I wanna deploy so the sync process won't take much time

Hey @aymentrosh, I'm going to chat with some client engineers today and see if we can get some recommendations here.

The values following values should be used:

• eip1559Denominator: 250
• eip1559Elasticity: 6
• batchInboxAddress: can me any unowned EOA

You may note that eip1559Denominator is different from our mainnet configuration. This is because the Canyon upgrade, which lands sometime in January will have this new configuration. If you're deploying a new chain, you might as well include it instead of waiting for the Canyon activation.
