[For admin specific] Input message field or 'Add the agent to ...' appears instead of 'Duplicate ..' button when user opens Info pop-up for the chat from Shared with me, or Organization

What happened?

Preconditions:

1. There is a chat1 in Shared with me
2. There is a chat2 in Organization

Steps:

1. By admin open the chat1
2. Click on info option from the chat header
3. Note that on the background there 'Duplicate ..' button is changed to.. depend on agent bookmark

Note: the issue is reproduced for Administrator only. It's ok for non-admin users

Expected: 'Duplicate...' should stay

It was decided to leave behavior for chats from Organization:
when chat from Org is selected
and agent is added to My workspace
and click Info for this chat,
then message input appears under button "Duplicate the conversation to be able to edit it"

TBD case when agent is not added to My workspace
