Cannot set requested pay and receive authorization error upon signing up as custodian

• Requested pay switches back to 0.0000
• Happens both when registering as custodan as well as when updating
• Cannot sign up as custodian using scatter due to authorization error.

OK, the code for the asset-input was too complex. I think the changes in brach https://github.com/eosdac/eosdac-client/tree/gh-0066-currency-precision can fix them

Please review and confirm if that fixes the issue.
