Support HTTP/2 on HTTPS tunnelling proxies. (Proxy HTTP/2 support #468)
Fix proxy headers missing on HTTP forwarding. (Add missing proxy_header to forward proxy case #456)
Only instantiate SSL context if required. (Only create SSLContext when required #457)
More robust HTTP/2 handling. (Ensure h2 connection gets closed in case of exception #253, Fix HTTP/2 race condition waiting on stream events. #439, Network errors on HTTP/2 should propagate across all streams. #440, Differentiate between stream and connection errors #441)
