I just made a few tiny edits to the README.md and DESIGN.md to ensure consistency throughout our repo. I mainly fixed a typo in the README and a tiny error in the Bot Description so that it'll make sense alongside everything else. Requesting @jlora23 to review since I touched his Bot Description part.
