Jitsi widgets don't work from Scalar

Scalar is creating them with https://scalar.vector.im/modular-widgets/jitsi.html as the URL, however no client expects that and it 404's. URL should be https://scalar.vector.im/api/widgets/jitsi.html

Fixed - if you have a Jitsi that's giving you a 404, click the 4 squares in the top right of the room then select "Jitisi", then press "Save" - it should then work.
