Wishlist: self-hosted jitsi server

Please make possible integrating riot with a self-hosted jitsi server instead of official jitsi server (as today).

This sounds like a riot-meta issue, given it's essentially something scalar needs to provide the option for.

Also one option might be to host your own matrix-dimension for now. But I am not sure how urgent you need it

Worth noting that using Dimension doesn't magically make the video call button do the right thing. This is for compatibility reasons with Scalar widgets (it'd be a shame if everyone was in their jitsi.riot.im conference and you were alone in your own), and makes it hard for Dimension to default to your hosted Jitsi.

With that being said, this would easily be fixed with https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-doc/issues/1286#issuecomment-409089342 (a "make me a widget" API of sorts).
