No way to recover if the registration SMS is sent to the wrong country

Here on the website the user has attempted to register,
but for some reason, it has sent the SMS to country 44, instead of 886.
Perhaps the flag snapped back up after he clicked it.
Anyway, as the user cannot find any way to correct the situation, he just enters a nonsense 12345...
but still there is no way to correct the situation.
