Timestamps have the wrong day in thread panel.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app at 09:40 (while on GMT, in GMT, and not having changed timezones recently)
2. Go to a room with a thread panel open
3. Observe that i have threads in the index with a timestamp of 13:53, which is in the future.
4. Conclude that there's a bug where the thread panel doesn't know what day it is, and can't tell the difference between yesterday & today.
