Reply-relationship is lost on edit

Steps to reproduce

1. In Element Web:
   1. send a reply
   2. edit that reply
2. In Element iOS
   1. Display the message send from Web

Outcome

What did you expect?

I can see the edited reply in Element ios like in Web

What happened instead?

I can only see the edited message without reply-relationship

I cannot reproduce this on 1.8.19. Could you please recheck?

This is a duplicate of #3517, which is partially fixed by #6155

As of 1.8.19, it can only happen if the replied message is not loaded locally. Closing this as the other issue contains more details on root causes of this bug.
