Do not trigger code completion on ;

I observed the following behaviour with short local variables.

Use a local variable with a short name: e.g., x

Type each character and do not accept the code completion!
Completion remains active even after the ; and prevents the Enter key from creating a new line. Instead a suggestion is inserted.

The variable length is not limited to 2 characters:

It's limited to the proposals clangd has to offer. The fewer character the more possible proposals.

yes, I checked it in VS code as well. I think they build a workaround. I have to fix it in the LSP4E repo.

I removed the bug label as it is allowed in C++ to begin a new statement without space after ; character.
