This repository displays the status of development for the OPEN-GEM within the TRANSIENCE project (Task 4.1).

The module development is funded from the European Union’s Horizon programme under Grant Agreement No. 101137606 (TRANSIENCE). The responsibility for the content lies solely with the contributors.

OPEN-GEM is written in GAMS (General Algebraic Modelling System) and its main file is OPEN_GEM_v20250430.gms. Users need to have the GTAP Database GDX files available that are used as the main input files.
