In fact, I can query data in Grafana Explore under grafanacloud-prom, but not under grafanacloud-traces. Could you provide some guidance? Thank you very much.

Hey @wangzihaoha, could you check that the Grafana API key has all necessary permissions? You should see this in Administration > Users & Access > Cloud access policies in Grafana.

If you remove the span name and refresh, do you see anything? If you are using the cloud version there should be dashboard named Billing/Usage, so you can check if any traces are ingested.
