Send data to Dynatrace

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The MCP would benefit from having the ability to not only read data from Dynatrace, but also write data to Dynatrace.

Imagine the following prompts:

• Send a new log line at INFO level to Dynatrace with the content 'a dummy log line from service abc with correlation_id=abc1234'
• Notify Dynatrace of a new deployment event for serviceA and owner Sue whose email address is sue@example.com. Attach it to the cart service.
• (If another MCP was available like JIRA): Generate a summary of all tickets created in the last 24hrs. Summarise them as a JSON object and send them to Dynatrace.

I think this is a great idea, but I think there are a number of implications we should discuss beforehand. For instance, it would/should require the semantic dictionary for some buckets. Ingesting an SDLC event may make other tools (or people) unhappy if the semantic dictionary isn't followed. Maybe we can trim and split this feature request across use cases?
